In 2016, San Francisco’s most painted Drag Queen, Juanita More!, took up residence at the city’s iconic Starlite Room, where she hosted a series of happy hour events called Floor 21.

I documented the original run week after week, capturing the energy, glamour, and personalities that made these gatherings so uniquely San Francisco. The photographs became a portrait of a moment in time.
